- We ship to U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and overseas military APO/FPO addresses. Selected items, due to weight and/or size limitations may not be eligible for shipment outside the continental United States. * Shipments over 10 pounds require additional shipping and handling charges which may vary by weight and destination. *Your shipping confirmation email will contain your actual shipping and handling charges. * Weekday Orders completed before 11:30 AM EST will process the same day. Later orders will process the next business day.

- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not 100% satisfied with a non-tobacco product you order from AJ’s Cigar, you may return it within 30 days of shipment for a courteous and prompt exchange or refund. If you are not satisfied your cigar purchase you may return the unopened box within 30 days of shipment for a full refund, excluding delivery charges. If you opened and smoked no more than two cigars and are not 100% satisified you may return the box with the remaining cigars for a AJ’s Cigar.com store credit.
- Ordering
- AJ’s Cigar.com does not sell any tobacco products to anyone under the legal age of 21. We verify all orders placed online or through our website and verify age again upon delivery of any tobacco products. AJ’s Cigar.com will not ship to any state which prohibits the importing of tobacco products.
